As a fast growing Multinational Solar Electricity Manufacturing Company with office in Ikeja, Lagos, we require the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Responsibilities:
- To attend to the needs of clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize client information and the services they receive.
- Ensure each customer is serviced in a timely manner.
- Manage customer appointments and handle incoming mail.
- Receive and address customer complaints.
- Apart from this, he shall be responsible for knowing the working behaviour of every apparatus.
- Managing stock of equipment used in solar energy conversion.
- Site inspection surveys.
- Generate customers sales and technical quotes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Core Prerequisites:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Internet and computer literacy.
- OND, HND or Degree.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
