Responsibilities:

• To attend to the needs of clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Organize client information and the services they receive.
• Ensure each customer is serviced in a timely manner.
• Manage customer appointments and handle incoming mail.
• Receive and address customer complaints.
• Apart from this, he shall be responsible for knowing the working behaviour of every apparatus.
• Managing stock of equipment used in solar energy conversion.
• Site inspection surveys.
• Generate customers sales and technical quotes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Core Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience. 
• Internet and computer literacy. 
• OND, HND or Degree. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary Range₦780,000.00 to ₦1,200,000.00 per annum

JOB TITLE: MIS Executive

Purpose of the Job

Support the definition and implementation of business/ MIS projects within and across departments to improve services and information flow to management, employees and clients.

Provide MIS project support to establish accuracy, continuity, and availability of information.

Job requirements

* Minimum of 4 years experience in Telecoms industry
* Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & MS SQL Server that allows the company to get information on daily business activities.
* Preparation of monthly Performance Status Reports to Senior Management
* Provide information to management and meet weekly to ensure consistency in data and information across the company.
* Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
* Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Ad Hoc data collection, analysis and reporting as required. (I. e. Data/ Field Formatting, Data Storage, and report Generation)
* Prepare Quality dashboards to report progress made through quality initiatives and report overall quality level in the organization.

Job requirement

* Minimum of 5-10 years professional experience in the food and beverage industry
* Must have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and mange priorities

Responsibilities

* To ensure the effective and efficient coordination of production operations to meet and deliver volume targets by due dates
* Must ensure proper interplay/management and effective planning of labour, materials, machines and time
* To initiate and implement ideas to improve productivity and project sunrise activities in the section
* Ensure product batch cards are well developed from the approved BOM and duly filed after the completion of every batch
* Ensure that sufficient materials are available to meet the weekly production target and reduce level of wastes
* Must ensure continuous process capacity evaluation and improvement
* Manage the factory functions of NPD and Margin Improvement activities within the SBU

Requirements

* Possess B.Sc. / M.Eng. In Production or Project engineering, MBA will be an added advantage
* Possess membership of COREN
* Have sound AutoCAD Software Knowledge and expertise
* Must possess 8 – 10 years work experience in an FMCG Industry
* Have a good eye for infrastructural, design and engineering details
