ROLE
•Tracks and monitors the progress of all graduates and trainees under development to ensure quality/actionable development plans are in place for each developee and competency attainment is being achieved in a timely manner. •Monitors the timely confirmation of all developees into target posititions. •Provides mentors and dept managers with guidelines on creating development plans and training schedules. •Co-facilitates on coaching and mentoring workshops. •Meets regularly with HR Advisors to provide support and guidance on National Development issues. •Overseas the development of competency manuals for National developees. •Leads workshops in competency manual development. •Develops literature for managers, mentors and developees on the the National Development Programme and its related procedures and policies.
REQUIREMENTS
•Degree holder in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Administration. •Post-graduate qualification in HR desirable e.g. PG dip/MSc/MBA HR •Professional certification in HR desirable e.g. CIPD •Relevant experience with the Learning and Development, in the area of National Development - direct coordination with National Graduates in the development program. •Must be bilingual (English/Arabic), preferably Qatari National. •Experienced mentor/coach. •Experienced facilitator/trainer •Excellent communicator – near fluent English language skills.
